Its objective is to assess the project investment plan from all possible points of\u00a0view (mostly technical, economic and environmental) and to identify and evaluate potential alternative approaches to project implementation in order to provide a basis for\u00a0selecting the optimum alternative.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">When preparing a feasibility study concerning an investment plan, we offer the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">A detailed analysis of background data and pre-conditions for implementation of\u00a0the\u00a0project (social, economic, legislative and environmental context).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Analysis of the existing situation and expected development of the relevant market segment and its structure, especially as regards the existing and expected supply and\u00a0demand for products or services, while taking into account the regional market aspects and expectations of the target groups.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Analysis of the investor\u00b4s position and competitive standing in the market and\u00a0the\u00a0possibilities of increasing efficiency and competitiveness by carrying out the\u00a0proposed project.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Justification of the project, its objectives and expected requirements for success.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Identification of possible alternatives for project implementation.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Analysis of technical, technological and environmental aspects of the project.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Assessment of alternatives and selection of the best project alternative.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Description of the project implementation \u2013 specification of the necessary activities and\u00a0of\u00a0the project team and a time-table and financial structure for implementation.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Analysis of project costs and benefits:\n<ul>\n<li>Financial analysis \u2013 assessment of the profitability of the investment, determination of\u00a0the contribution in case of projects co-financed from EU funds, or by other donors, examination of the financial sustainability of the project<\/li>\n<li>Economic analysis &#8211; determination of the economic net present value (ENPV), economic rate of return (ERR), ratio of benefits\/cost (B\/C)<\/li>\n<li>Sensitivity and risk analysis<\/li>\n<li>Project sustainability assessment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Assessment of environmental impacts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A feasibility study is normally used in the pre-investment phase of implementation of\u00a0a\u00a0project.
